Mrs. Biscorner’s 1st Grade School Supply List

*The following supplies will be for the whole class to use. Please don’t write your child’s name on them.

2 boxes of #2 pencils

2 boxes of Kleenex

2 containers of antibacterial wipes

4 Glue sticks

2 boxes of sandwich size Ziploc bags

2 boxes of gallon size Ziploc bags

2 boxes of black dry erase markers (thin)

2 packs of square shaped post­it notes (any color)

2 yellow highlighters

1 pack of construction paper (multi­colored, 8x11)

2 package of index cards ( 1 ruled, 1 unruled, 3x5, white) ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

1 box of 16 crayons (please nothing larger than 16)

1 box of colored pencils

1 box of Crayola markers, washable and thin tip (*classic colors)

1 pair of earbuds or headphones (to be used for computers & Ipads)

1 pencil pouch that zips (please no boxes that can spill open when dropped)

3 folders (1 red, 1 green, 1 blue)

2 composition notebooks (the kind where the pages do not rip out)

1 pair of fiskar scissors

1 large, pink pearl eraser

1 old sock (to use as a whiteboard eraser)

1 hand­held pencil sharpener with a top to collect shavings

1 three­ring binder (2 inches)

1 sports bottle for drinking water (cap or stopper required to prevent spills)

1 ruler with English and Metric measurements

Please don’t feel obligated to purchase everything on this list (especially the top). While it’s greatly appreciated, it’s not a requirement. I understand things are expensive and will not be upset if you can’t get everything on the list.
